You will be crucial in the future external reporting set-up and operationalizing TDC NET’s Group compliance though innovation, optimization, and development of the external reporting area.The TDC NET External Reporting & M&A team, a group of five employees, operates within the accounting department which reports directly to the CFO. They provide guidance, support and collaborate closely with the broader TDC NET business.About the jobThe TDC NET External Reporting & M&A team is central in the future transformation journey, and you will have a key role in integrating these activities in TDC NET.Key responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and extend the financial External Reporting and M&A team
• Responsible for the end-to-end annual report, quarterly announcements and review of investor presentation for TDC NET Group entities
• Responsible for preparation of audit materials and materials to Audit Committee incl. contact to the auditors
• Responsible for implementing new or amended IFRS´s accounting standards incl. updating Financial Guidelines and reporting package for TDC NET Group
• Responsible for the monthly consolidation process and ensure consistent and accurate financial reporting across all entities in the TDC NET Group
• Engage in M&A and cross-functional projects as a sparring partner within the accounting area

You are a motivated leader and take responsibility for bringing things forward and developing the agenda.Furthermore, you have the following background and experience:

• Certified public accounting, Master’s degree in finance or other relevant education
• +10 years of relevant experience
• Great people and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven experience in developing a team is preferable
• Proven experience in handling projects
• Good English communication skills (both oral and in writing) including the ability to transform complex information to simple communication
