This once in a lifetime opportunity calls for someone with exceptional leadership skills, someone who can champion and drive efficiency whilst taking ownership over the execution of creative projects on a global scale.This role is open to both applicants based in Europe, and those in UK who would need to relocate.In this role, you will…

• Oversee Project Management teams, monitoring and streamlining the end to end process from brief to delivery; optimising & streamlining systems
• Collaborating internally with creative, brand, marketing and production to allocate resource, track project progress and prioritise projects, traffic all incoming creative requests from global markets
• Lead a team of project managers and operations specialists
• Manage budget planning and resource allocation; owning the annual budget plan for the creative operations division alongside the head of production; forecast and allocate resource internally
• Oversee partnerships with external agencies, ensuring they align with the brands standards and budgets
• Collaborating with the Digital and Tech teams you will evaluate tools and implement new systems which optimise the overall output of the department
• Lead change management initiatives that support the broader business

This role is perfect for someone who has worked either inhouse or within agency at a senior level, across creative operations, marketing or project management, an expert with PM software [i.e., Asana, Wrike, etc] You’ll need to be a clear, confident and calm communicator, the type to quickly build rapport and trust amongst peers and stakeholder.If this sounds like you, please reach out directly at
