The Director of Group Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, planning, and performance of the group. The role ensures robust financial governance, consolidates financial reporting, and supports the executive team in strategic decision-making.The Director reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will be leading the finance team in Norway and abroad.Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the global accounting and reporting process and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Responsible for all external financial reporting, including quarterly and year-end reporting on Euronext, and monthly financial reporting to Private Equity owners
  • Responsible for Group consolidation and the Group’s Financial Dashboard
  • Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements including transfer pricing matters
  • Coordinate audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory entities
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CRSD)
  • Continuous development of ERP platforms to ensure robust and high-quality reporting of key financial information across the organization

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in accounting & auditing or similar field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience preferably from large audit firms with exposure to international clients
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Solid knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and reporting standards (IFRS), and experience with Stock Exchange reporting
  • Proficient in ERP systems and consolidation tools; knowledge of Visma NXT and Power BI is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
