Director of Sales & MarketingFull-Time | Senior Leadership PositionThe Byrne Hotel Group, is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to drive growth across our portfolio of unique properties. As a senior leader, you will shape our commercial strategy, elevate brand identity, and boost revenue from room sales, events, and corporate accounts.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to grow market share.
• Enhance each property’s brand through targeted digital and traditional campaigns.
• Drive room sales, wedding/event bookings, and corporate retention.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
• Lead and inspire a sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and corporate clients.
• Oversee CRM, social media, SEO, and website strategies to increase direct bookings.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of senior sales and marketing experience in hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, brand development, and team leadership.
• Skilled in digital marketing, revenue management, and corporate sales.
• Strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of Irish/UK hospitality markets is a plus.
