Job Title: Director of Sales – Branded Hotel Group – IrelandSalary: Up to €85,000 + bonusLocation: DublinI am currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Director to join this branded hotel in Dublin. My client is looking for an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the industry. As Director you will drive sales and marketing strategy and grow new business for the property. We are looking for someone who has experience with trade shows, business development and a passion for sales.Company benefits

About the position
- Identify & grow new business for the hotel
- Drive MICE sales
- Manage the sales and marketing operations
- Develop strategic long term customer relationships
- Organise and carry out in-market sales tours
- Act as the market segment specialist
The successful candidate
- Must have experience in senior sales within hotels
- Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
- ability to make effective commercial decisions
- Marketing experience
- A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual
- Strong communication and administrative skills
