• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities
• Lead and inspire a team of therapists, attendants, and wellness professionals
• Curate exceptional guest experiences, treatments, and personalized wellness journeys
• Drive revenue through innovative programming, memberships, and spa retail
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and five-star quality benchmarks
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and KPIs with a focus on profitability and excellence
• Collaborate with hotel leadership on strategic planning and guest satisfaction
