Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real impact and grow within a dynamic company? We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Director to join an award winning organization. With plans for growth the company is looking to hire an experienced Operations Director to play a strategic role in shaping the growth agenda.
As the Operations Director FMCG division you will lead a team of managers, driving and improving client relationships and ensure delivery of key SLAs.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive growth and retention of new and existing business through long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create financially sound bids, ensuring we meet client commitments and KPIs.
• Develop strategic client relationships that extend beyond day-to-day interactions for all accounts.
• Achieve EBIT targets by guiding Operations Managers in meeting their financial goals.
• Implement a senior client review process to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Attract, develop, and retain key talent to meet business needs and foster a positive, open culture.
• Enhance team development, engagement, and retention through continuous implementation and monitoring of activities.
• Communicate strategy to the team and implement improvements to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide operational insights and strategic plans to grow EBIT and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Align with central functions to enhance service offerings and drive initiatives for your team and clients.
• Review and act on client and employee feedback surveys.
• Continuously review and improve operations to drive best practices.
• Adapt team structures flexibly to meet client needs.
• Build cross-sector and cross-functional relationships to enhance business efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety for yourself and others, and implement QHSE procedures at sites under your control.
• Monitor and review QHSE incidents and corrective actions at all sites.
• Review business performance to ensure KPI delivery in line with country and sector budgets.
• Demonstrate commercial value as a leader and cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, leading by example with energy, drive, and passion to create a winning culture.

the ideal candidate will have over 10 years in senior leadership roles in Facilities Management for teh FMCG sector. You will hold a BSc in Management or a related field, with the proven ability to lead large teams, including senior operations managers. If you adopt a leadership style that drives inclusion and cultural change, and you excel at cultivating strong, lasting client relationships and you poses a track record in consistently delivering financial KPIs, managing in fluctuating and fast-paced environments, we want to speak with you.
