With a strong foundation of dedicated people and ongoing implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, this is a pivotal opportunity to digitise and optimise how core HR services are delivered across the company. You will drive operational excellence, modernise HR processes, and support our global teams with consistent, efficient, and high-quality HR services.How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and inspire a diverse HR Operations team consisting of HR services (admin), regional HR managers (People Partners), and HR specialists in employment law/mobility and HR systems/processes.
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for HR Operations aligned with the company’s ambition to scale, digitise, and modernise.
- Act as a sparring partner to the CHRO and HR leadership team on operational topics, risk, compliance, and employee experience.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee delivery of core HR services, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Lead efforts to streamline and standardise HR processes globally – balancing local needs with global alignment.
- Establish and track service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, and KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Digital Transformation
- Steer the ongoing implementation of SAP SuccessFactors to ensure successful adoption, data integrity, and process automation.
- Identify and drive opportunities for further digitisation, self-service, and automation, ensuring scalable operations.
- Build capability within the team to work with technology and data as a key part of everyday operations.
People & Culture
- Develop the HR Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and customer focus.
- Partner with People Business Partners and COEs to ensure smooth collaboration across the full HR value chain.
- Champion simplification and user-friendly processes that enhance the employee and manager experience.
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
- Proven experience (8+ years) in HR operations or shared services leadership roles within international or complex organisations.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation, including digitisation and process redesign.
- Strong understanding of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar) and experience implementing and optimising HR tech.
- Familiarity with employment law, compliance, and mobility processes is a plus.
- Excellent project management, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable navigating traditional cultures while introducing modern, agile ways of working.
