We are looking for a motivated individual to join our leadership team as Director, PSE Business Development. In this position, you will be responsible for business development and strategy execution. You will collaborate closely with the PSE Business Line management team, other Services’ Business Lines in the Business Area, and different Market Area organizations. You will report to SVP, Professional Services.This position is located in Espoo, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. This position requires occasional travelling.What you do

• Lead or support business development projects that enable growth and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the annual strategy process for the Services BA and the PSE Business Line.
• Lead strategy execution planning for the Professional Services Business Line, ensuring strong alignment across business and Market Areas.
• Drive effective implementation by supporting Market Areas and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.
• Develop data-driven growth strategies for selected markets and products in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and contribute to the full M&A lifecycle, from pipeline management to integration.
• Lead or support selected due diligence and post-deal integration projects.
• Manage strategic initiatives by monitoring timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Present insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and executive discussions.
• Support the SVP, Professional Services, in key business analysis and development initiatives.

Who you are

• To be successful in this position, you should already have solid experience in business development, M&A deal lifecycle management or driving business growth and P&L projects.
• We also appreciate previous experience gained in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
• You have an analytical mindset as well as proven project management and leadership skills.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills – you know how to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and how to build a wide network.
• Your approach is proactive and independent, and you can work independently as well as part of a team.
• You want to continuously learn and understand the organization’s structure
