• Define, lead, and monitor strategic service initiatives, with a focus on cross-segment alignment and long-term business impact.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.
• Drive the implementation of new service strategies and take full ownership of their success and scaling.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, including segment leadership, business unit heads, and technical experts.
• Foster a hands-on, entrepreneurial culture centered on ownership, customer value, and continuous innovation.

Background & SkillsYou hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and bring 6-8 years of experience working with service strategy development and execution in industrial or technology-driven environments.Your strong foundation in top-tier strategy consulting -has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across functions.
