As a Dispatch Office – lmport & Export Customs Clearance Agent you will be responsible to perform professional lmport and Export customs clearance and organise Engine transportation in compliance with the company and customs policies, customer-, technical-, legal-, quality- and Aviation Authority requirements at economical favourable terms and conditions. You will have to make sure, that all Swiss government required conditions are 100% met. You will support SR Technics in meeting its growth objectives.Your tasks

• Create import customs clearance and Export declaration, including all necessary documents (CMR, T-Documents)
• Create Dangerous Goods Documents (DGD)
• Ensure that customs requirements are met (ZE/ZV)
• Create Transit documents (T1) to support internal and external customers with inquiries in German and English on shipping requests
• Support external Freight Fonrarders/Currier Services with customs clearance issues
• Work close together with customs, communicate over ExporUlmport tool (Fastlog), Mail or Phone (German)
• Execute worldwide Engine shipments in any kind of way, considering customer requirements
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups from logistics service providers (LSP)
• Prepare the statistics for customs purposes and trade compliance department
• Scan and archive customs documents into DT/Hyper Archive
• Monitor incoming shipment priorities and down- or upgrade, if necessary, proactively
• Ensure quality requirements to the valid regulations and procedures
• Act as an interface to the supporting company departments to ensure proper and accurate data set up in SAP
• Customer behaviour and thinking
• Drive Continuous lmprovement activities within the organization
• lmplementation and sustain of a good 5S Level

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational apprenticeship, preferred KV apprenticeship and existing commercial work experience in Customs clearance and in freight forwarding
• Good communication skills
• lndependent, precise, and autonomous work
• Open-minded, motivated team player
• Readiness for weekly service and on call
• Fluent in English
• Strong MS Office skills
• Knowledge of SAP, Fastlog/EDEC and Dangerous Goods Category 1/3 (DG CAT 1/3) and Air
• Transport Association 300 (ATA300) Regulations would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge and readiness for LEAN and 5S activities
