Apply now for the Division Supply Chain Manager position at Parker Hannifin!As the Division Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of the division’s supply chain organization, driving key priorities such as material flow management and global strategic sourcing to improve our overall competitiveness. A key driver of the division’s future success is to elevate the organization’s strategic global sourcing capabilities and activities to enable growth.You will have the Division Sourcing & Procurement Manager reporting directly and three local Supply Chain Managers from each Business Unit within the division, who you will matrix manage. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the sourcing strategy, optimizing supplier relationships, optimizing materials management and ensuring long-term cost efficiencies that drive the division’s competitive edge.The mission and responsibilities are to:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the division’s business goals
• Elevate the team’s strategic sourcing capabilities by building a strong Category Management across the three business units to drive long-term business success
• Optimize procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Align initiatives and best practices across local supply chain organizations and business units
• Strengthen supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, finance, and other departments to streamline operations and improve supply chain performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-location supply chain team

The position is located at the business unit in Trollhättan, Sweden, and you report to the General Manager Pump & Motor Division Europe.About YouWe are seeking a dynamic and hands-on leader with a strong ability to operationalize strategic initiatives and drive execution. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management in an international manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of leadership experience with direct personnel responsibility
• Proven track record of leading and executing high-impact global strategic sourcing initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in change management within supply chain operations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Swedish proficiency is a plus
