You’ll work with a diverse range of projects, from early exploration to field development. Your role will include:Leading and actively contributing to multidisciplinary projectsPlanning and executing technical workflows and deliverablesProducing high-quality geological or geophysical interpretations and reportsCollaborating closely with colleagues and clients to develop new solutions We think you’ll thrive here if you have:A Master’s degree (or higher) in geology or geophysicsSolid experience with seismic interpretationBonus points for skills in areas like structural geology, sedimentology, petroleum systems, geomodelling, seismic processing, rock physics, or reservoir evaluationExperienced with tools like Petrel, Petromod, DUG Insight, Hampson-Russell, IP, IC, QGIS or similarExcellent English skills (Norwegian is a plus)At least 10 years of relevant industry experienceA valid work permit for Norway You’re probably someone who:Brings a proactive, hands-on attitude to technical workEnjoys balancing multiple projects and deadlinesCommunicates clearly — both within teams and with clientsIs curious, analytical and solution-orientedWorks well independently, but values a collaborative environment What we offer:A friendly and supportive workplace cultureChallenging and varied projectsStrong professional development opportunitiesCompetitive salary and benefitsAnnual geological field tripFlexible working hoursWe believe that diverse teams create better solutions, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
