We are looking for volunteer business mentors who want to spend 2-4 hours a month with a mentee with a refugee background who is looking for a job or education within your specific field of expertise – namely IT/data analysis.MENTORING COURSE AT THE EQUAL ACCESS ASSOCIATION:Karrierebroen is a business mentoring program for people with a refugee or migrant background. As a business mentor, you have the opportunity to support individuals in overcoming barriers and finding a foothold in the Danish labor market.We have a mentee looking for a mentor who works or has education in IT/data analysis! Is this something for you, or do you know someone who might be interested in becoming a mentor?Through a 4-month mentoring program, where you dedicate 2-4 hours per month, you can share your advice and experiences with someone who has the same professional background or interests as you, and help your mentee achieve their employment goals. Before the mentoring program starts, we make sure that you are well prepared for the mentoring role, and you will be offered a mentoring course, professional webinars, ongoing sparring and access to a network of resourceful mentors.The project is funded with support from the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) and the Copenhagen Language Center Foundation.REGISTER AS A MENTOR IF YOU…

• Want to offer your support and share your advice and experiences with someone who has the same professional background or interests as you

• Can dedicate 2-4 hours per month for a period of up to 4 months

• Will schedule 1-2 meetings per month with your mentee

• Wants ongoing support from the Equal Access Association, including access to relevant tools and materials

• Want to expand your intercultural understanding and gain insight into barriers and biases in the labor market?
