This is why we warmly encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds to join our community.We are now looking for aDonor Engagement ManagerYour roleThe Donor Engagement Manager works in Aalto’s Donor Engagement team and plays a critical role in planning and executing strategic fundraising projects and initiatives. The role also requires the ability to effectively identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects.You will be connected to the fundraising efforts in the technical schools, with responsibilities to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including university leadership, faculty, researchers, and other teams, to ensure coordinated fundraising efforts. You will also develop and execute strategic plans to engage prospects and donors, including individuals, companies, organizations, and foundations.Your experience and ambitionsIt is an advantage if you have experience from higher education fundraising or a related field in philanthropy and value the significance of stakeholder relations. Your approach is agile, proactive and solution oriented, and your way of working aligns with our values of responsibility, courage, and collaboration. We expect a university degree and an ability to work in a community of academics and professionals.
