Entreprise :Multinational FMCG company based in Switzerland.Description du poste :As a DPS & MRP Planner, you will be responsible for the supply and production planning of finished products for three factories in Switzerland. In this role, you will work closely with packaging suppliers and the Supply Planning team at the Lisbon hub to continuously adapt the production plan based on supplier and market developments.Main Responsibilities:

  • Create the detailed weekly production plan for DPS horizons S+1, S+2, and S+3 in collaboration with operational departments, taking into account the availability of raw materials and packaging. Ensure stock coverage is maintained while minimizing quality changes.
  • Make decisions on exceptions impacting stock coverage in coordination with the Supply Planning team in Lisbon.
  • Prepare and lead the weekly production plan presentation in collaboration with various departments: Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Group Application.
  • Participate in the monthly production review to address any issues that could constrain medium- and long-term production capacity.
  • Establish and share KPIs related to your activities.
  • Develop the Material Requirement Planning for packaging materials and green coffee, and implement an optimal stock policy.
  • Maintain regular contact with internal customers and suppliers to understand their constraints and participate in monthly supplier reviews.
  • Update data in SAP.

Description du profil :What Will Make You Successful:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics and/or production roles in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and ERP systems, especially SAP APO.
  • High degree of autonomy, rigor, and ability to work across interfaces.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to travel regularly between sites in Suisse Romande.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
