They are looking for a skilled developer to design, build, and maintain custom business applications and CRM solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales and Customer Service to meet business needs.
• Automate business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Integrate CRM with other systems using Power Platform connectors and custom APIs.
• Create insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft’s evolving ecosystem and bring innovative ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proven background in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform connectors, Dataverse, and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
• Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English is required; Finnish is a strong advantage.
