Join our market leading company and our team responsible for the Drives and Motors and be part of the energy efficiency movement. We are looking for an e Commerce Specialist for our Motion business unit. In this role, you will have the opportunity to share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization. Moreover, you will contribute to awareness of overall e-commerce and digital marketing competence. Each day, you will operate the tools and communicate with the teams the possibilities how to maximize sales through digital channels and platforms. You will showcase your expertise by planning and implementing the commercial strategy including marketing and sales actions. This role is contributing to the Motion business, in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Contributing to driving the sales performance of the specific e-commerce platform • Leading the execution of defined promotional campaigns • Supporting the insights on customer shopping trends with evidence/data to support further implementation of our e-commerce strategy. Creating higher effectiveness and continuously increasing the active e-commerce customer base • Designing and implementing change management practices to ensure smooth implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) driven approaches and from manual to automated/technology-driven approaches • Developing business cases for new e-commerce opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial success • Participating in the definition of costs and schedules for the function • Defining and creating an enhanced, superior, and seamless customer/user experience across all of ABB’s e-commerce products and platforms in collaboration with sales • Collaborating proactively with the local sales organization, direct customers and channel partners You will join a talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required
  • Additional experience in implementations and/or rollouts of eCommerce /digital initiatives would be a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in working and delivering under timeline pressure and commitments to the customer is essential
  • Experience with eCommerce is essential
  • You enjoy problem solving and think analytically and critically
  • You are passionate about facing customers and enjoy communicating with people, including virtual and in person presentations
  • You are at ease in communicating in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
