You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the Alstom Lifesaving Rules are implemented across all our activities, driving continuous improvement in EHS performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with project managers, site teams, and contractors, conducting workplace inspections, coaching teams, and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of risk assessments and EHS audits of contractors, but also support managers and teams in their daily activities on-site.We’ll look to you for:Working with project managers to identify and assess EHS hazards and meet project documentation requirements during planning, execution, and reviewBeing present on-site to support managers and teams in their day-to-day activitiesTraining, coaching, and mentoring leaders and teams to independently manage EHS at their sites and within their areas of responsibilityMonitoring and performing workplace inspections and audits, ensuring timely follow-up on action plansEnsuring risk assessments are completed and maintained for all EHS-related activities, with effective controls implementedPerforming EHS audits of contractors in accordance with the agreed audit planParticipating in contractor reviews within Alstom and with contractor organizationsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
