We are looking for an Electrical &Instrumentation QA/QC Engineer to join our clients China Harbour EngineeringCompany Ltd. team for the Kotka CAM Plant project.Työn kuvaus:We are looking for an Electrical &Instrumentation QA/QC Engineer to join our clients China Harbour EngineeringCompany Ltd. team for the Kotka CAM Plant project.China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.(CHEC) is a world-renowned international contractorand a leading provider of comprehensive services across the entire industrychain for both public and private sectors. CHEC has been engaged as the maincontractor for the CAM Plant project in Kotka, responsible for theimplementation and construction of the plant. The position isproject-based, with an expected duration of approximately two years, and thework is located in Keltakallio, Kotka.Your responsibilities include:– Organizing the preparation andreview of technical documents related to E&I quality management, such asITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and MS (Method Statement). Proposing revisions/modifications,and supplement and improve the documents based on project progress and on-siteconditions.
– Qualification review ofsubcontractor enterprises, on-site personnel, machine, equipment and instrumentwithin the discipline.
– Coordinating with stakeholdersto conduct the acceptance inspection of the incoming materials, engineeringequipment and instruments within the discipline, making records of acceptanceinspections in compliance with the ITP (Including the review of relevantdocuments).
– Daily on-site supervisionwithin the discipline, promptly proposing rectification request forconstruction quality issues and submitting daily quality summaries in a timelymanner.
– Coordinating with stakeholdersto conduct the acceptance inspection of concealed works and inspection lotswithin the discipline, making records of acceptance inspections in compliancewith the ITP.
– Organizing regular and ad-hocquality management activities within the discipline according to the QualityManager’s directives, submitting close-out reports each activities.
– Issuing SSR (Site SurveillanceReport) or NCR (Non-Conformance Report) for quality issues on site within thediscipline, and supervising the rectification until closure.
– Attending E&Idiscipline-related meetings punctually as assigned by the Quality Manager,document meeting minutes and report them timely.
– Conducting weekly/monthlystatistical analysis of construction quality management data for thediscipline, identify existing issues and root causes, develop improvementmeasures, and submit quality weekly/monthly reports.What we expect from you:– Bachelors or masters degreein related field.
– Several years of relevant experiencein E&I installation, commissioning and QA/QC execution.
– Proficiency in Europeanstandards and Finnish regulations, as well as standards related to CEcertification.
– Good communication skills andstrong coordination ability with design teams, contractors, and otherstakeholders.
