Semco Maritime is looking for dedicated Electrical Foremen to join our team in Aalborg, focusing on substation projects.About the Role:As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a key role in managing electrical installations and maintenance on substations. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate electrical work on substations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to your team.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant electrician certification or qualifications.
• Proven experience as a foreman or team leader in electrical projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (Danish is a plus).
