This is a critical leadership role with a top-tier international contractor, offering excellent long-term career prospects across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the on-site electrical team, ensuring delivery of all electrical systems to specification, budget, and scheduleOversee subcontractor management, coordination, and performance to ensure quality and complianceAct as the primary electrical point of contact for the client and internal stakeholdersReview and approve technical submittals, drawings, and documentationEnsure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all site operationsDrive the commissioning process and handover of electrical systemsMentor junior engineers and promote a collaborative, high-performance team cultureCoordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project executionRequirementsDegree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar7+ years’ experience on large-scale construction projects, ideally in data centres or high-tech environmentsProven track record in managing electrical teams and subcontractors on complex buildsExcellent knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, BMS, and fire systemsStrong leadership, communication, and client-facing skillsFamiliarity with international codes and standards (e.g., IEC, EN)Right to work in the EU and willingness to be based in Sweden long termWhat’s on OfferAttractive salary or day rate (depending on experience)Full expat package: Flights, accommodation, local transport, and living allowanceLong-term European project pipelineSenior leadership role with a Tier 1 contractorOpportunities for development and progression across multiple regionsHow to ApplyApply directly via our website or send your CV in confidence to bout OradeoOradeo is a specialist recruitment partner to Europe’s leading construction and engineering companies.
