4 U ConsultingWe are looking for a new Electronics Engineer (M/F). The ideal candidate will be responsible for Taking ownership over the entire process of pre-sales and post-sales; Work with customers to address their needs and ensure proprer product usage; Help design better products by being the voice of the marketplace.Skills required:– BSc or MSc in electronics or equivalent
– Minimum 5 years of working experience within a technical position, including on-site customer support
– Familiarity with customer/application engineering with focus on the budget
– Extensive and hands-on experience with electronic systems is a must
– Proficient in English and German; other languages are a plus (Italian, French or Spanish)
– Commercial awareness, good problem-solving and communication skills
– The ability to simplify technical data for non-technical stakeholders
– Detail oriented and methodical as well as patient and calm

Key tasks and responsibilities:– Pre-sales and post-sales activities for the business unit, starting with the definition of customer’s needs, defining the budget and implementing the solution
– If needed, work with clients on adapting products to their specific needs
– Close collaboration with sales and product development teams
– Instalation and maintenance of electronic systems, providing technical support; supporting the deployment of the data-driven solutions.
– Demonstrating products and occasional customer trainings
– Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical questions and clients’ concerns
– Travel on a regular basis (approximately 35% of the time) mainly within Europe
