CLEAN IS CHANGING – and we have an open vacancy to join us as a Electronic Technician to support Nilfisk in this journey.Here is your opportunity to work in a great team providing solutions to the entire Nilfisk Product Portfolio of Vacuum Cleaners, High Pressure Washers, Floorcare machines and all disciplines related to that. You will work in close cooperation with teams across all business segments that develop new groundbreaking technologies and features for future products.Working in R&D, you will be supporting the development- and technology projects, providing support regarding bring up- and test of PCB’s (Printed Circuit Board) and modules securing validation and quality of the solutions we provide, including minor PCB modifications, soldering, and replacing components. You will ensure that the HW and SW teams are supported with commodities like cables, test harnesses and set-ups needed to develop and mature our System Platform portfolio.Put your mark on the entire Nilfisk Product PortfolioThe Electronic Systems & Solutions department delivers Embedded HW Controllers, Power Controllers, Intelligent Power sources, Wireless connectivity and User Interfaces in System Platforms across the Nilfisk Product Portfolio. We are working with a strong focus on modularity and reuse of components, and you will be an important part in securing that we bring our technologies all the way into the products.Main areas of responsibilities:

• Participate in – and support, the development projects in our HW System Platforms.
• Support our SW developers with development setup’s.
• Test of Embedded HW – Analog, Digital, PSU.
• Verification and Validation of PCB’s and documentation of test results.
• Do test setups, supervise and document test results.
• Provide and support development setups for our SW team.
• Provide support for our SW & HW Automated Test Systems.
• Soldering and modifications on PCBs for R&D purposes.
• Secure our Lab is functional with commodity components, wires, cables and other needed items.
• Secure that Instruments in HW and SW are being calibrated by our external partner when necessary, according to schedule.

You will be reporting to the Manager for the Electronic Systems & Solutions department, Lars Julsgaard to whom you can post questions regarding the position on .To get to know our machines, you will be based in the main Nilfisk R&D center in Hadsund for now, as we plan to relocate to the Aalborg area ultimo 2026.We value the experience you bringWe imagine that you have a background as an electronic technician, and potentially have experience as a developer, or know of the work areas a developer has. We imagine that you have experience with communication interfaces such as I2C, SPO, UART or the like.As all datasheets and the corporate language is English, we imagine that you are fluent in English both verbal and written.This position is very hands-on and support many stakeholders, so we imagine that you are motivated by being hands-on, and supportive towards your team and stakeholders.As a person you are self-driven, pragmatic and you enjoy freedom with responsibility.
