Our applications support more than 25 different languages, constantly top-ranked and available on both IOS Appstore and Android Google Play.We are looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in email marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our email marketing processes end-to-end, optimizing customer segmentation, and developing conversion-focused campaigns.Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize email marketing strategies
• Execute email segmentation and personalization tailored to the markete
• Create and enhance automation workflows
• Plan, run, and report on A/B tests
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics (OR, CTR, CR)
• Work with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Collaborate with design and content teams for email campaigns
• Stay up to date with email marketing trends and tools to integrate into processes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing
• Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, SmartMessage, etc.)
• Strong expertise in segmentation, automation, and personalization
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Familiarity with KVKK (GDPR) and spam regulations
