You will be expected to identify, acquire, and develop new partnerships to drive further growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to shape long-term partnerships and drive significant sales growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of market trends.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to help partners succeed and ensure mutual growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex B2B deals.
- Travel frequently across the region to meet partners.
YOU AREWe are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in international technical sales. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, where your proactive mindset and sharp business insight makes a real impact. With solid experience in complex B2B environments, you have consistently exceeded sales targets and demonstrated excellent communication and negotiation skills.Your expertise in developing partnerships and managing distributors enables long-term collaborations that drive growth. An academic degree in sales, marketing, or engineering provides a strong foundation for your success. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus. Beyond your technical qualifications, we value your flexibility, curiosity, and adaptability, as well as your ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of your work.
