Job Description: EMEA Talent Operations Partner / HR Generalist – Copenhagen, DenmarkLocation: Copenhagen, Denmark About the RoleFortinet is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to support our growing EMEA team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and an excellent employee experience across multiple countries.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing diverse HR tasks, and have strong knowledge of labor law, international mobility, and employee lifecycle management, this is the role for you. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related matters across multiple EMEA locations.
  • Provide HR support across all employee lifecycle stages, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Partner with managers to ensure smooth and consistent HR processes.
  • Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Support employees with obtaining certificates, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and audit data in the HR Information System (HRIS).

Immigration & Mobility

  • Support employees and managers through immigration and mobility processes.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to facilitate visa applications and international assignments.

Compliance & Local Regulations

  • Ensure compliance with Danish labor laws and regulations, while supporting other EMEA locations as needed.
  • Assist with updating policies and communicating HR guidelines to employees.
  • Maintain and manage HR documentation, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Benefits & Total Rewards Support

  • Work closely with the Total Rewards team to implement and manage local benefits programs.
  • Administer benefits enrollments and provide employee support.

HR Projects & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to regional and global HR projects to enhance processes and improve the employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR operations.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in Danish and English (Swedish is a plus).
  • 5-7 years of HR experience in an international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Danish labor laws and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing employee mobility and immigration processes is an advantage.
  • Project management skills with the ability to implement HR initiatives and meet deadlines.
