• Be the go-to expert, offering specialised ER advice
• Lead complex workplace investigations, such as those related to Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary and Grievances, ensuring a fair and just resolution for our clients.
• Provide clients with robust and pragmatic advice on HR matters, whether it’s on-site, over the phone, via video conferencing, or through email.
• Share your expertise by researching, crafting content, and leading engaging seminars and training workshops on current HR topics.
• Be at the forefront of developing new compliance products and solutions, contributing to our ever-evolving services.
• Work on-site with clients to resolve HR issues, bridging gaps in their HR services, and enhancing the skills of their in-house HR teams in line with best practices and employment legislation.

What we’re looking for in you:

• Strong experience in HR, particularly ER and confident dealing with a variety of employee relations scenarios!
• A proven track record in offering advice on company policies and procedures.
• Exceptional knowledge of Employment Law and its application in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.
