• An excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor at Partner or Senior Associate level to lead a thriving employment law team within a respected, award winning firm.

• You will handle a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, manage complex employment tribunal cases, draft and advise on employment contracts and policies, and provide support on corporate transactions involving TUPE and organisational restructures.

• The appointed candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE in employment law, proven expertise across a broad range of matters, strong client care skills, and ideally a history of winning and retaining work.

• Experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business growth, along with a portable client base or following, is highly desirable.
