At Schneider Electric, we’re driven by the impact of our sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.The role necessitates full control over marketing initiatives for specified channels, in collaboration with Channel Managers. We’re seeking a commercially savvy individual with a keen interest in technology and robust marketing expertise, based in Espoo, Finland.What will you do:

• Take full ownership of Marketing in respective Channel(s).
• Own, plan, monitor the Marketing Budget in the channel​.
• Ensure alignment with the Channel Manager(s) on Marketing Activities, by taking ownership of Marketing planning, execution from AMSP (Annual Sales and Marketing Plan) to Marketing Intel (Marketing spend) planning and MDF (Marketing Development Fund) activities​.
• Build and innovate on Omnichannel approach – Always on, physical & digital.
• Staying on top of and utilizing data for efficient marketing strategy.
• Build and deepen End User digital engagement.
• Plan and execute channel events.
• Carry out quality thought leadership themes in co-operation with PR to ensure maximum visibility in relevant topics.

What will help you to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing or another relevant field is a plus.
• 3-5 years of expertise in the relevant field and experience from working with channels and customers.
• Experience in Datacenter or Buildings-segment marketing or business is a plus.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills and capable of handling operative issues while keeping sight of longer term strategic goals.
• Extensive experience and demonstrable results in driving channel marketing actions to deliver sales growth in business to business environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mind and a drive to make an impact.
• Understanding of the key stakeholders internally and externally to able to influence at all levels.
• Strong, dynamic presentation skills, sales mindset and ability to drive results through people.
• Ability to build campaign scorecards and analyze data to support decision-making
• Strong written and articulative skills in Finnish and fluent English.
