In this pivotal role, you will work within the Regional Engineering team, reporting to the Lead Engineer or Technical / Engineering Manager. You will take responsibility for day-to-day technical support to the country or region, escalating where support is needed. This includes product selection and specification, and troubleshooting, often liaising with customers with support from Sales and Aftermarket. You will:
