With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and consumer-centered design, they’re looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead multiple technical teams.About the Role:We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to guide engineering teams (20 engineers), oversee technical delivery, and shape our technology strategy. You’ll play a key role in managing system infrastructure, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the engineering teams, setting KPIs and driving productivity.
• Enhance collaboration across departments and run effective team meetings.
• Build strong client relationships, delivering impactful technical workshops and support.
• Drive technology strategy, exploring new platforms and emerging trends.
• Oversee infrastructure management, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align tech solutions with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in senior engineering leadership, ideally within a digital consultancy.
• Strong technical background, especially with .NET and React, CMS platforms are a bonus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection regulations.
• A people leader who inspires teams, fosters collaboration, and drives continuous improvement.
