Job Description:Join a successful international company and play a vital role in the design and delivery of complex offshore energy solutions.You will become part of NOV Subsea Production Systems (SPS), headquartered in Brøndby, Denmark, with approximately 1500 colleagues across Denmark, Brazil, Norway, the UK, and the US. Our manufacturing plants are located in Kalundborg, Denmark, and Acu, Brazil. We pride ourselves on our dynamic and collaborative culture, representing over 40 nationalities and delivering high-quality solutions to global customers.As Engineering Manager – End Fitting Supply (EFS), you will lead a team within our End Fitting Engineering Department, a hub of innovation and expertise working on multiple high-profile flexible pipe projects. Based in Brøndby, your team will contribute across all project stages-from initial design through manufacturing support to final delivery-while engaging with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.You will be part of a strong management team and will contribute to the ongoing development of tools, processes, and best practices that drive engineering excellence across the department.What will you do?

• Lead and develop a skilled engineering team responsible for end fitting supply in customer projects.
• Manage project deliverables from design through production support and final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, suppliers, customers, and factory teams.
• Ensure timely and high-quality engineering output aligned with customer and project requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Support organizational development, resource planning, and team performance management.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high professionalism across the department.

Who are you?

• You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
• You have a proven management experience and a passion for leading teams in a technical environment.
• Have a solid background in mechanical engineering within customer projects and cross-functional coordination.
• Have a Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Have an ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
• You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• You are motivated to drive both project success and long-term improvements.

It is nice if you have…

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore, subsea, oil & gas, or renewable energy industries.
• Experience working in a project-based matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English (required); Danish.
