We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Resurs Engineering organization. In this role, you will lead one of our engineering teams within the Shared Services domain, where you will support your team, foster collaboration, and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.Get an idea of the roleAs an Engineering Manager, you will lead and be accountable for a team of engineers focusing on developing top-tier credit and fraud decisioning services and helping ensure compliance and responsible lending with thorough credit assessments.The focus of the role will be:

• Manage the product team to be able to deliver on the objectives and key results, product roadmap and strategy.

• Ensure that the team operates in an efficient way when developing and operating the product.

• Responsible for the life cycle management of the product.

• Responsible for the budget of the team.

• Apply leadership by coaching and mentoring team members to achieve the highest possible motivation and engagement.

• Building and sustaining collaborative relationships across teams and encourage a culture of shared knowledge and continuous learning.

On a personal levelWe believe that you have a relevant educational background and proven experience in an engineering management role. In addition, the following characteristics are desirable.

• Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.

• Strong emphasis on leadership and competence development.

• Banking domain knowledge is a strong plus.

• Knowledge and tangible experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Swedish.

• Experience in building apps is considered a strong asset.
