Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for an Engineering Manager who has a solid technical background, a business oriented mindset and sees the link between engineering and product development. Someone who is great at managing change and changing priorities, a person who can take ownership over the full delivery and the development of their team.
• Deep technical knowledge and previous experience from an engineering position.
• Experience from an Engineering Manager position, leading a high performing engineering team.
• A track record of operational excellence and have led a change initiative, for example taking a project or team from A to B.
• Solid experience from working in an agile development environment, preferably from a fintech/payments industry.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
