In this role, you will become an integral part of our Climate Adaptation team, collaborating with a versatile, multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, and sustainability experts. You will lead advanced stormwater and cloudburst modelling and planning projects that address growing urbanization, changing weather patterns, and evolving environmental demands. We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Sweden, but you will be a part of a global organization including Denmark, Poland and Norway:Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Project manage projects within hydraulic and hydrologic modelling, and stormwater and cloudburst investigations
  • Lead proposal work incl. forming strategic budgets and writing execution plans
  • Take the role as discipline lead in larger projects
  • Support in projects with stormwater calculations and preparing of reports
  • Work actively with cross functional teams to generate ideas for improving performance
  • Collaborate with the client and project team on MIKE modelling, drafting comprehensive reports to support decision-making

  • A Degree of BSc or MSc in Engineering within Infrastructure and/or Environmental Engineering
  • A minimum 3 years of work experience of leading projects as a consultant
  • Experience from working in ArcGIS/QGIS, StormTac and Scalgo Live and doing hand calculations of stormwater discharge and dimensioning
  • Experience from leading projects conducted in DHI MIKE software such as MIKE+, MIKE11, MIKE Urban, MIKE Flood
  • Proven problem-solving skills and fluency in the Swedish and English language, both written and verbal
