Experience across both disciplines is not essential for the role. You will also be required to prepare reports, consider, and carry out enforcement action, including recommendation for legal proceedings where appropriate and ensure that records and electronic filing systems are fully maintained and updated.The role will suit a qualified and registered Environmental Health Practitioner. However, applications are also encouraged from graduates or undergraduates expecting to leave university in 2025. Uttlesford District Council is keen to support talented, aspiring graduates with the right skill set ready to embark in a career in Environmental Health. Support to achieve fully qualified and professional status will be provided as part of a career progression scheme.A full driving licence and access to a car available for work is essential for the Graduate and EHO posts.
