As our new ERP Specialist for our Business Operations, you will become part of a dedicated IT team, ensuring smooth financial and administrative operations of the organization in our IT systems.The team supports the processes on financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting, the handling of project planning, execution, and resource allocation. Moreover, the team assist Human Resources overseeing employee management, recruitment, payroll, and compliance. In our ERP system, the team leverages integrated financial, project management, and HR modules to maintain efficiency and regulatory compliance across all business functions.How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing general ERP system support to end users
- Assisting end users with complex transactional issues
- Testing of new code/development of the ERP system
- System support, implementations, and upgrades
- Evaluating and recommending changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet company needs
- Working closely with management on special projects
Bring your world class expertise into play
- You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
- You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree related to the above description, or extensive experience in the field
- Experience with ERP systems and support functions
- You have solid experience within company processes in Finance, Project and Human Resource
