We at Perido are now looking for an Event and Project Manager for our client, a prominent European energy company renowned for its commitment to sustainability and renewable energy solutions. With operations spanning several countries, the client company is at the forefront of the transition to cleaner energy sources such as wind, water and solar power, to create a fossil-free life. This full-time position is located at their office in Solna.Your daily tasks
In this role, you will coordinate and support the organizations’ Supplier Summit 2025. You will report to the project’s Change & Communications manager, who is in charge of the event. You will also work together with a cross-functional team consisting of Procurement & Supplier Relations Management, Events and Corporate Communications, and Media team members.Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Create, own & follow up on a detailed project plan = action list of every activity that needs to be done for the event
• Clarify and follow up on roles and responsibilities within the project team
• Coordinate and follow up on tasks with all involved workstreams – events, comms, FP & all externals, including quality assurance (in collaboration with each project area lead)​
• Risk & budget management and reporting
• Handle/support the event team with all external logistics: music, pictures, videos, decorations, additional entertainment, food concept, giveaways, and much more
• Directly brief and communicate with all stakeholder groups: suppliers, internal invitees, and presenters – this includes responding to their questions and providing support where needed
• Create content for event communications
• Post-event comms and follow-ups
• Ad hoc tasks & administrative team support​

Your characteristics
We’re looking for an Event and Project Manager who’s a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed. You are confident, self-sufficient, and thrive in an outgoing, communicative role. With a focus on staying organized and consistent, you can adapt to changing needs and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.Is this what you are looking for? • Relevant degree in Business administration, marketing, communications or similar
• Experience in Event & Project management
• Experience in Stakeholder management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with a C-suite level
• English language is a must, Swedish a great advantage
• Copywriting skills (English)

Meritorious

• Experience in the business area of Procurement and Supply chain
• Organization of large events/conferences (300 + ppl)
• Content creation/Copywriting experience
• Working in a cross-functional team with many workstreams & different topics

Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-04-25. Start 2024-11-04.Application
