As an Excavator Spotter, you play a crucial part in maintaining site safety and supporting machine operators in various construction and earthmoving projects throughout the Uusimaa region. Your key tasks will include:Assisting excavator operators by monitoring blind spots and surroundings to prevent accidents and hazards
Communicating clearly with machine operators and co-workers using hand signals and two-way radios
Ensuring safe movement of machinery and nearby personnel on construction sites
Observing and reporting potential hazards or obstructions in the work area
Supporting site supervisors in maintaining a safe and orderly environment
Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols at all timesIdeal Candidate Profile
Previous experience on construction sites or in related fields is considered an advantage
Vigilant, safety-conscious, and able to remain focused over extended periods
Effective communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
B driving license is beneficial but not essential
Must be able to read Finnish drawings/markingsWe offer
