Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for our client, a growing organisation with multiple businesses under a newly launched holding company. This role requires a ‘strong finisher’ who can handle diary management, travel arrangements, email and calendar coordination, document reviews, and general administrative support. A background in a legal or paralegal environment would be advantageous.Permanent contract – Dublin 2 – Hybrid workingKey Responsibilities of Executive Assistant:
- Manage and coordinate the leadership team’s diary, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings and engagements.
- Handle travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
- Oversee and triage emails and calendars, ensuring important communications are actioned promptly.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing requests and correspondence.
- Review documents, contracts, and reports with keen attention to detail.
- Ensure follow-through on key tasks, keeping the leadership accountable on priorities.
- Support with administrative duties, including preparing presentations and reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
Key Skills & Experience of Executive Assistant:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in reviewing legal or business documents (paralegal background is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
