What does your workday look like?As an Executive Housekeeper -trainee, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising cleaning operations at your assigned hotel property with the help of your Supervisor. You will be learning to act as the supervisor for Housekeeping Team Leaders and housekeepers, ensuring smooth operations and actively engaging with customers. You will train to plan cleaning tasks, ensure quality and operational reliability, and take care of property profitability and efficiency. Additionally, together with your supervisor, your responsibilities include work schedule planning, HR-related tasks, quality audits, planning of seasonal work, and confirming invoicing and payroll.You will succeed in this role if you have:Willingness to develop and progress in the position of Executive Housekeeper
Experience in housekeeping and relevant training in the field
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Fluent in Finnish or English, other language skills are a plus
Up-to-date IT skills

A full-time position. Your weekly working hours will be 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, located in Tampere
