What does your workday look like?As an Executive Housekeeper Trainee, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that staff adhere to work schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. You will manage employee onboarding, monitor staff well-being, and allocate tasks, while ensuring that all areas maintain cleanliness standards. You will conduct quality checks, provide constructive feedback, and address customer complaints. Additionally, you will manage staffing levels, plan shifts, billings and ensure the availability of cleaning supplies, and ensure compliance with quality standards.You will succeed in your job if you have:Experience in housekeeping and team leadership
A reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented approach to work
Good organizational and interaction skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team

-Monthly wage 2300 € / h
-Working hours 37.5 hours per week
-Working hours are from Monday to Sunday between 7:00-17:00
