To ensure continued international success, we are looking for a consultant with good experience and network at C-level level, and most importantly – a super personality.As a consultant with us, you will be part of a team of dedicated colleagues who will give you the necessary professional sparring, training in concepts, help and support, as well as give you a good and positive community. You will naturally build your own customer platform and independently solve tasks for customers. You will be responsible for sales/delivery of our services: strategic advice to directors, headhunting of key people, assessment of managers, coaching to managers the first 100 days in a new job, team development and sale of our board education and related counselling.As a consultant you work closely with our team of experienced and highly skilled support functions within research, marketing, academy, business development & assessment center.What we expect from youOur expectations of you are many, but most importantly you have great business understanding, commercial flair and that you have a background either as a consultant or as a manager in the private sector. You have a great appetite for sales, want to meet new people, are good at counselling and can build trust.Presumably, you have an educational background at graduate level and have achieved success in extroverted functions throughout your career. You have good analytical skills and have shown that you can quickly see through complex problems and break these down into workable solutions.
