As an Experienced Electrical Engineer you will define, specify and design electrical systems and be a key in our exciting and growing portfolio.About the positionIn this position, you can hold various roles within the electrical discipline. Be responsible for deliveries in the projects and work closely with other disciplines to achieve the project’s goals. In addition to design tasks in the office, you will also travel for field inspections onshore/offshore.Responsibilities and tasks include
- Responsible for electrical design
- Conceptual design of electrical power systems
- Sizing of main components of an electrical power system
- Electrical system analysis to document feasibility and/or risks and margins
- Proficiency in using industry-standard electrical analysis software and tools and supporting others in building knowledge and ensure quality of work across the discipline
Qualifications
- Bachelor/master’s degree within electrical or equivalent
- Proven experience within automation system design
- Ability to understand and implement requirements stated in new standards
Personal qualities
- Fluent communication in Norwegian and English
