We are looking for a talented and skilled Java Developer with over three years of experience to join our dynamic Digital Backend team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining backend services that power our digital platforms.Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing

About You

• 3+ years of experience as a backend developer working with modern Java environments
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Proven expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and a drive to write clean, maintainable code
• A team player who values collaboration and enjoys mentoring colleagues to foster professional growth
