Then join our Risk and Regulatory Projects team, where you’ll lead transformational initiatives across Danske Bank.Drive success in Project ManagementAs a Project Manager in our team, you will initially join an ongoing project deeply connected with our IT organisation. You will be working independently, taking responsibility for various project management tasks, and collaborating closely with another Project Manager, senior management, stakeholders, and IT teams. The main tasks will be driving and managing project delivery, ensuring timely implementation, and building partnerships with senior stakeholders. To enjoy this role, you will bring a structured approach, proficient problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under uncertainty in a vibrant environment.Key responsibilities:

• Drive and manage project delivery, including planning, tracking, and progress, while being accountable for individual tasks.
• Ensure timely completion and reporting of project status, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Build partnerships and engage with senior stakeholders to communicate project aspects and milestones.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate potential issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Generate ideas to structure and solve problems with the project team and stakeholders.

Who are you:To be a success, you will bring several years of experience in consultancy or project management roles, with significant experience leading projects within complex environments. You are at your best when engaging with senior management and encouraging collaboration across a large organisation. Your personal drive enables you to lead initiatives while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with technology implementation in Financial Services/Banking would be beneficial.Other qualifications:

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Established ability to collaborate with an agile IT organisation.
• Structured approach with a solid background in delivering timely, high-quality results.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
