Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced SAP consultants to join us and participate in various SAP implementation projects.In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Analyzing our client’s specific business needs and requirements.
• Designing business processes, leveraging SAP best practices, and S/4 HANA innovations.
• Performing system configuration.
• Lead testing and defect resolution.
• Supporting cutover and go-live.
• Leading workstreams or smaller teams.
• Managing key stakeholders to enhance our understanding of clients` needs and build lasting relationships.

You will also play a role in developing the Danish SAP Offering, as we constantly strive for the cutting-edge within our core capabilities, industry insights, and collaboration within Deloitte in the Nordics and globally.QualificationsAll curious and passionate candidates are encouraged to apply. To be successful in the role, we expect that you:

• Have 4+ years of hands-on functional SAP work experience, preferably from another consultancy or a large organization, in an onshore project role (ideally in the Nordics).
• You can communicate with ease in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Strong communication and people skills, to interact with our clients and the whole team.
• Have the legal right to live and work in Denmark.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks efficiently.
• Have the ability to travel, as we work in a hybrid setup for many of our clients.
• Contribute to building our offering to the next level, through e.g. sales activities or recruitment.

• Ability to transform business requirements into solutions based on SAP best practices.
• Experience with end-to-end project implementation.
• You can work efficiently with multi-functional teams and see collaboration with other team members as a key success criterion.
• You thrive in working as part of a team in an international and sometimes fast-paced environment.
• You can lead smaller teams, taking charge of driving high-quality and on-time delivery.
