Job DescriptionTo reinforce our teams, we are looking for an experienced Service Desk agent speaking French, English, German and Luxembourgish,Your main responsibilities:
- Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- Involvement in customer projects will also be expected.
More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:
- Support on network infrastructure,
- Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
- Monitoring critical systems,
- Participation to infrastructure improvement projects.
Your profile:
- You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint…
- Fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish
- Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong team spirit and customer orientation
- Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is required
- ITIL certification would be a valuable asset
