Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Radar team and become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamAs our new Experienced Software Developer in our Tracker team, you will be part of a Radar team developing advanced software for complex and performance-critical systems.You will be part of a team of software developers and domain experts. The Tracker team currently consists of 4 developers, but you will be working closely with the rest of the department, including software architects, developers, and a test manager in an agile setup. We work closely together, support one another, and value continuous learning, whether you are mentoring others or growing your skills.Your responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize software with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with our software architects and domain experts to shape software solutions
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and software design
• Contribute to early testing and quality assurance as part of the development process

Key qualificationsYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• You have at least 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably as a Technical Lead
• Solid programming skills in modern C++
• You have solid mathematical understanding including knowledge of Kalman filters
• A structured and quality-oriented approach to software design
• Continuous integration and test-driven development are second nature to you.
• You have experience with Python for scripting, tooling, and testing
